How we do it

We set up a WhatsApp group between the tenants, the landlord and your dedicated property manager, so the landlord is fully aware of tenants’ requests, our replies and response times.

We like to keep everything transparent for our clients. From 3-way communications on WhatsApp, direct contractor invoicing, to super simple pricing. All designed to make landlords feel their properties are in safe hands.
simple pricing structure
We charge a monthly retainer and a reasonable hourly rate for additional services required - just like a pay-as-you-use set up. The monthly retainer includes managing the property and twice yearly inspections.
Looking after tenants
We earn tenants respect with good communication, looking after them well, carrying out repairs efficiently - and never dropping by unannounced. We like to make tenants feel valued, which in turn makes them value their home/your asset.
direct Maintenance costs
We have an established network of quality tradesmen that carry out all our maintenance needs efficiently. We check all charges are accurate and as agreed, then pass them to the landlord for payment.

We belong to the National Landlord’s Association and the Property Redress Scheme, providing us with useful advice and updates on current regulations and legislation. We ensure all our landlords adhere to their legal responsibilities.
