Jo James - Founder
Jo is an entrepreneur who channels her property obsession into Jo & Co, while raising two children and always seeking out new adventures.
Supported by her ever-patient husband and with her two dogs at her side, Jo loves to travel and cherishes every moment of her vibrant London life.
Julia Greyling - Senior Property Manager
Julia has been in the property business since 2016, working her way from part time Property Administration to her current role as Senior Property Manager - she loves all things property!
When she is not working or being mom, she loves to get out and run! Animal lover of note with a multitude of pets including a gorgeous pup, cats, rats and fish!
Amanda Graham - Property Manager
Amanda is a Mum of 3 with a varied career from mobile telecoms and recruitment to running her own business in laser cutting. The world of property management however, is new to her but one she’s loving learning about and has thrown herself into. When not working or taking care of her kids, husband and 2 fur babies, she loves anything creative and when possible, a game of padel tennis is her favourite thing to do.
Marisa Steenkamp - Lettings Negotiator
As a fun-loving former chef, Marisa is driven by her love for people and the excitement of helping them find their dream home. She thrives on connecting with clients, understanding their unique needs, and making the process of finding the perfect property an enjoyable and rewarding experience. Karin Terblanche - Accounts
Karin is a mom of two daughters and the grandmother of one special little 3 year old girl. She has been running her own Virtual Assistant business from Cape Town for the past 7 years, of which she has been associated with Jo & Co Properties for the past 4 years. She loves Summer, beach days, gardening and visiting festivals in and around the fairest Cape Winelands. Oscar and Zeeva are her two Boston Terriers who provide her with so much joy and love.
Vivian Li - Inspection Clerk and Client Concierge
Vivian is the Inspection Clerk and Client Concierge at Jo and Co Property Management, she is known for her pursuit of perfection and meticulous attention to detail. She approaches every challenge with determination and a problem-solving mindset, confident that there is always a solution.
