Use the Deposit Protection Service, within 30 days of receiving it.
Inventory
We arrange independent inventories, check in and check out reports and meet and greets with new tenants to settle them in.
Evictions
We do everything possible to avoid the worst case scenario. But when things do go wrong we work swiftly to deal with tenant evictions in a lawful way - and with as little fuss and upset as possible.
property advertising
We advertise on all the main platforms including Rightmove, Zoopla and Prime Location.
AST creation
We draw up and submit the AST (Assured Shorthold Tenancy) agreement.
rent collection service
Via direct debit so your rent gets paid on time every month.
Inspections
We carry out 6 monthly inspections (or as determined by the landlord), and provide feedback and a report to the landlord.
Assessments & certifications
We can arrange Energy Performance Certificates (EPC), Legionella Assessments, Gas Safety Certificates, Electrical Installation Condition reports (EICR) and Portable Appliance Testing.
Tenant viewings
We conduct viewings, follow up with prospective tenants and feedback to the landlord.

Carried out by our established network of trusted, quality local tradesmen.
Laws, regulations and acts
We keep abreast of the latest changes in legislation so that you stay compliant.
