Jo & Co Lettings & Property Management Fees
Our fee structure is simple and transparent, without any hidden costs. All contractors’ invoices are paid directly by the landlord, without any mark up. Rent gets paid directly to the landlord and we invoice for our services separately, meaning that the landlords are always in control of their money. We do not charge renewal fees.
Our Fees
Monthly Property Management Fee
The property management fee covers all communication with the landlord and tenants, administration, and our property maintenance service.
Property Management Fee 3.5% +VAT
Project Management Fee
We charge an hourly rate of £55 +VAT for any other requirements not covered by our management fee, including project management, court appearances and additional property inspections whilst the property is empty.
Lettings
Includes advertising the property on all the main platforms (Rightmove, Zoopla and Prime Location), viewings, vetting and referencing suitable tenants, and installing them into the property with an assured shorthold tenancy.
We do not charge renewal fees.
