Jo & Co Lettings & Property Management Fees
Our fee structure is simple and transparent, without any hidden costs. All contractors’ invoices are paid directly by the landlord, without any mark up. Rent gets paid directly to the landlord and we invoice for our services separately, meaning that the landlords are always in control of their money. We do not charge renewal fees.
Our Fees
Whitechapel Package
Tenant find and rent collection: 8.5% plus VAT of rent collected for an initial period of 24 months.
Oxford Street Package
Tenant find, rent collection, management and rent guarantee insurance: 12.5% plus VAT of rent collected for the first 12 months; if the same tenant(s) remain in situ after 12 months the fee reduces to 8.5% plus VAT thereafter.
mayfair Package
Tenant find, rent collection, management, rent guarantee insurance, safety certificate included, licence application and licence holder: 15.5% plus VAT of rent collected for the first 12 months; if the same tenant(s) remain in situ after 12 months the fee reduces to 12.5% plus VAT thereafter.
