What I like most is the fee structure, unlike standard run of the mill property agents who charge flat %’s whether they do any work or not (I.e. resign current tenants and charge you a month’s rent for the privilege of doing an hour worth of paperwork), Jo just charges the time that is spent dealing with the admin or any issues during the tenancy.
